This is an introductory course which explores its history, myths and uses, meanings of the cards; setting the mood; many layouts; ethics and more.
You learn to work with your higher consciousness, and your innate intuition. Further learning that the Tarot has streams of Kabbalah, Alchemy, Astrology and Archetypal symbolism that can give access to deeper levels of meaning and use of the cards.
Enabling us to communicate with levels of consciousness not normally available to the everyday mind. You will find that the Tarot is primarily a method of divination rather than fortune telling. Divination means; “to communicate with the Divine” you will then discover that the Divine is within, our own Higher Self. Turning your attention to the deeper meaning of things, while giving insight into situations, especially ones pertaining to one’s self. The lessons life is teaching you, the outcome of your choices, and how to come to your highest state of consciousness, allowing you to use the circumstances of life as lessons along the way.
Working with the cards will greatly develop your intuition.
In this class we will use meditation and inner journeys to awaken the intuition and develop a personal relationship with every card. You will learn to hear the words and meanings of the card, and discover your own psychic abilities.
Covering the Major, Minor, meditations where you journey through the deck, get to know your deck, where you will further to become more proficient.
Homework will be given and practice sessions will be held with the instructor and other students.
You will be able to do readings for yourself and others at the end of this series…. ♥
Being held for 4 classes: Get ready for some creative fun with an experienced instructor and get some hands-on training.

Spell Casting & Questing through the Tarot for Love
Life is not a fairy tale, but there are many important magickal lessons and mythic truths that can be found in fairy tales, fables and mythology concerning love. Fairy tales can contain the remnants of Pagan folk wisdom. As the trials of our popular fairy-tale characters have shown us, no one ever said love would be easy. Life presents us with challenges to overcome, problems, to solve, and quests to fulfill. Though some get lost in the romantic notion of the quest for love and lose track of exactly what they are questing for and why, the quest both for romance and spirituality provides an important model for us to understand.
We will look at the highly organized and patterned wisdom of the tarot cards. Working with each of the four suits represent a quest and the highest ideal of love. As we look at the suits and the court cards, we begin to have a better understanding of the powers of love on all levels.
