Can I take these courses at anytime?

Registration opens every year Oct. – Dec. 20 each year.

When does the year and the day begin?

The year and a day will begin at the first class you attend, which begins January each year.

Where do I register for the classes?

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept PayPal (all cards are accepted) credit or debit card at your discretion (you do not have to have a PayPal account).

What do you receive when you have completed the year and a day of studies?

At the end of each Degree, you will receive a beautiful custom-designed Certificate of Degree Attainment/Completion from The Academy of Pagan Studies stating that you have completed your Degree once you have passed the exams at the end of each year and a day.

Students will receive each Degree of Attainment Rituals which takes place surrounded by your friends, family and fellow Students.

Requirements for Dedications:

All information regarding Dedications and such Is presented in the 1st Degree Handbook, which you are presented or emailed to you.

1st Degree Dedicants:

Certificates of Attainments 8.5 x 11 and a business card sized certificate of attainment for you to proudly take around with you. We will provide our services as High Priestess and all the ritual requirements for your dedication. The Academy of Pagan Studies will also provide a Temple’s Book of Shadows hand designed specifically for dedicants. Patches for the 2nd and 3rd Degree that can be sewn onto your Stole once you have attained that level.

2nd Degree: The cost is $TBA and we will provide your 8.5 x 11 Certificates of Attainments and a business card sized certificate of attainment for you to proudly take around with you. We will provide our services as High Priestess and all the ritual requirements for your dedication.

3rd Degree: Certificates of Attainments and a business card sized certificate of attainment for you to proudly take around with you. We will provide our services as High Priestess and all the ritual requirements for your dedication.

Why should I take this course instead of any other offered in New York City and What is our core tradition?

The WFT Academy of Pagan Studies prides itself on its affordability and in-depth nature of studies. We truly enjoy teaching, sharing, and experiencing the Craft with others. Our courses are well thought out, wonderfully written, and very comprehensive. You’ll find information and training within Wiccan Family Temple’s Academy of Pagan Studies that you won’t find elsewhere. Our Community is wonderful, and we interact with each other as a family. The personal relationships, knowledge, and instruction you receive with us are unique. We’re confident that there is no other school that offers a more comprehensive means of interactive study in New York City. We are also the first school of its’ kind in New York City.

What are the pre-requisite for each degree?

No pre-requisite is required for the 1st Degree.

The completion of 1 year and a day is required for all Degrees, along with attendance at the Full Moons and the 8 Sabbat Circles. For the Second Degree you must have completed your First Degree; For the Third Degree you must have fully completed the Second Degree curriculum, as well as the Esbats and Sabbat Rituals Participation. These are only available to those Students who have attained each Degree level and wish to continue further studies.
